In February of 2008 we
bred Strelka to Roosik and were very pleased to have a
lovely male puppy join us here on Lopez Island. Ostrov
Zabava Swarovski, aka Scout, is a half brother to our
Captain and we have great hopes for this young fellow. This
youngster made his show debut at the Borzoi Club of
Northern California Specialty, turning 6 months old on the
day of the Specialty. Scout had a marvelous time! This fun
loving boy adores people and animals, so he thinks dog
shows are one big party thrown just for him. Scout has a
wonderful temperament, dark eyes and pigment, good blade of
bone, impressive reach and drive, a long straight tail, and
is sound coming and going. This young fellow is a big boy
and is looking forward to nice outdoor rings where he can
readily display his floating side gait. Scout is co-owned
and co-bred by Irina & Kristina Terra of
Zabava Borzoi.
